Fresco's (small
works of art), bunker numbers
and bunker texts
This section consists of
three parts. The first
two parts show a collection of official texts, painted on
bunker walls as a sort of "manual" for the crew of the
bunker and for the purpose of identifying the bunker (bunker numbers).
These are usually short, functional texts, nothing
fancy.
The second category
consists of fresco's (what's in a name!). Every now and then there were
real
artists among the bunker crews. Some of these artists painted real
nice works of art on bunker walls.
