Message Verlaine, Toircoing A museum in a former HQ bunker (SK1) of the Armee Ober Kommando 15 (AOK15). On the 5th of June at 21:15, at this HQ, German intelligence ("Abwher") intercepted a coded message for the French resistance. Indicating that the invasion would take place 24 hours after the broadcast of this message. This message, was the so called "Message Verlaine". The message consisted of a two lines of a poem by Paul Verlaine: "Les sanglots long des Violons de l'automne" "Blessent mon coeur d'une longueur monotone" A scene that is very known from the movie "The Longest Day".
