Musée de la Liberation Ville de Cherbourg, Cherbourg

In the town of Cherbourg, in the Fort du Roule, is a museum that tells the story about the battle of Cherbourg. During my first visit, the museum was very sober and not really worthwhile visiting it. Maybe it is better now... Any thoughts?

Entrance to the museum. The fortress was official military area. Forbidden to take pictures.

.8,8cm Panzer Abwehr Kanone 43 (8,8cm Pak 43), and on the left a  15cm schweres Infantrie Geschütz 33 (15cm s.I.G. 33).
